Things to know when using this site.

Our volunteers are all human, so sometimes typos or other mistakes creep in. If you spot something that needs to be corrected, or have anything to add to an article here, please use the comment function to add your comment. The comment feature here is not being used for discussion - we have the forums for that - so please just use it to alert us to errors, omissions, or recommended additions to articles in the knowledgebase.

When you are browsing the knowledgebase, looking for information, don't be fooled into thinking there is not a lot of content here. The number beside each category shows how many top-level articles there are just in that category. A category may have many subcategories, each with its own articles. You can use the "Browse by Categories" drop-down box to see how many categories we have here.
If you are looking for something specific - use the "Search" function.

Helping Improve Documentation:

A lot of work has gone into this documentation, and continues to go into it. We want to make this the best documented free, open source content management system around, so if you would like to help create manuals and documentation for Mambo, please offer your help on the forums here: Documentation Team Forum.

We also have the knowledgebase docs being translated into other languages. An announcement will be made on the forums when all the language docs are ready for launch. If you have good translation skills from English to your language, please consider offering your services to help get the international knowledgebases ready for launch. Thanks!
